We are probably on the eve of a major systemic and structural crisis of the Internet and, more generally, of Cyberspace. Furthermore, it is no longer possible to accept such a distortion of reality based on facts, nor the circumvention of the laws of democratic nations and the de facto neutralization of their legal institutions. Since the myth of the global village has failed, it is now time to rebalance the balance of power.
Evolve
Legislators, politicians, and civil society will have no other option than to massively regulate the Internet as a whole, as a vector of AI. They will have to regulate its use, its protean development, and its ecological impact.
